The Good Stuff: Meet Community Hero Maureen McKenny
Bickford Ford Community Hero Maureen McKenny is featured on today’s Fitz in the Morning “The Good Stuff”. 78-year-old Maureen, who lives in Port Townsend, has been making masks for nurses and others in her community who are working on the Front Lines of our Nursing Homes. And despite being on a fixed income, Maureen is using her Federal Stimulus Check to pay for it all. She is our Bickford Ford Community Hero for May!

For some folks, the only break from the Stay-at-Home order is a quick walk around the block, whether it’s alone, with your dog, or with your kids. In my neighborhood, some folks have gone out of their way to brighten things for everyone else, even if it’s just a little bit.
